IT Support

WIth the exception of a KyoCapture equipped device, Service Contracts do not include IT Support. Network Connectivity is completed at time of machine setup and installation.

Troubleshooting and additional network connectivity is available from our IT Services division at an hourly rate of $150 (1 hour minimum).
